These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Virgen Maria AI application and website operated by GLAMPIRE LABS DAO LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Virgen Maria AI is an AI devotional companion application that provides spiritual reflection, prayer support, and emotional companionship. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or religious advice.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: Virgen Maria AI Verification Codes.

Description: We send one-time passcodes (OTP) by SMS so you can verify your phone number and sign in to your account. This is a transactional, two-factor authentication program.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one message each time you request a verification code.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-in: You consent to receive a verification code when you enter your phone number on the sign-in screen and tap "Continue" to request a code.

Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or email hello@virgenmaria.life.

Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also simply choose another sign-in method.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by our payment processor. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the app's settings.
